A single-origin coffee from Costa Rica's Tarrazu region, produced by Coope Dota. Grown at 1500-1800 masl. Honey processed using Catuai and Caturra varieties. Light-medium roasted and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Offers a smooth, velvety body with medium to high acidity. Flavour notes include milk chocolate, golden toffee, cherry, marzipan, and biscuit.
