Single-origin Ugandan coffee from the Rwenzori Mountains, produced by Agri Evolve – Bukonzo Dream. Naturally processed SL14 and SL28 cultivars grown at 1700 masl. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Medium body and medium acidity with tasting notes of marzipan, rose and strawberry; juicy and vibrant with sweet marzipan, tropical pineapple, rose chocolate and ripe strawberry, finishing soft and sweet like marshmallow. As a V60 it is rich and expressive, with hotter brews bringing out cocoa depth; as espresso it is punchy and lively, mellowing into rounded sweetness with milk.
