Breakfast Wine – Ethiopia – Espresso
Summary
Ethiopian coffee from Yirgacheffe, produced at Haru Washing Station and processed naturally. Grown at 1995–2020 masl with Heirloom cultivars, harvested November–February. Roasted medium, slightly further developed than a typical light roast, giving a richer, balanced cup with medium body and medium acidity. Tasting notes of honey, blueberry and rum, with a gentle boozy character. Works well as both espresso and filter, with immersion brew methods particularly suited to its sweetness and complexity.
