Varieties are Mundo Novo and Yellow Catuai (Peaberry). Roasted medium and suitable for both espresso and filter brewing. Tasting notes include almond toffee, Bakewell tart, cacao nibs, nougat, and hazelnut. In milk, it leans towards cocoa and malted cereal sweetness.
