Funky Move is a blend of three coffees in equal proportions: washed Guatemalan (40%, varieties Typica, Anacafe 14, Bourbon, grown at 1500m), natural Honduran (30%, varieties Catuai, Bourbon, Pache, grown at 1800m), and washed Ethiopian (30%, variety Heirloom, grown at 2100m). Roasted dark for espresso, with flavour notes of blueberries, milk chocolate, and mango. Scored 85 points (Specialty grade).
