A Brazilian single origin decaf coffee from Minas Gerais, decaffeinated using the Natural Liquid CO₂ process which removes 99.9% of caffeine without chemicals. Roasted to a medium-dark profile, it offers notes of dark chocolate and ripe berries with a medium body, smooth and well-rounded texture, and balanced acidity. Suitable for espresso, Moka Pot, French Press, and AeroPress brewing methods.
