They focus on single origin arabica beans sourced from Ethiopia, Colombia, Peru, and Brazil, roasted from light through to medium-dark. Their coffees come with names like Simba, Sofia, and Barbosa — and they take the details seriously, from 100% renewable energy in production to fully compostable packaging. Subscriptions run every six weeks, which is nice if you like knowing your next bag is sorted without thinking about it. No cafe to speak of, but they ship across the UK free on orders over £50. Sophisticated stuff, without the pretence.
