Summary

A natural Gesha from Finca Los Lajones in Boquete, Chiriquí, Panama, produced by Graciano Cruz at 1800–2000 m. Whole cherries are dried on raised beds in the sun for over twenty days without water, turned several times a day and covered at night. In the cup it shows strawberry and melon, then peach and blood orange in a juicy, rounded weave, with syrupy, velvety sweetness and a floral violet finish. Recommended for filter.
