Summary

Panama Abu Washed GW-3230 is a Gesha coffee from Abu Coffee, produced by Jose Luttrell in Cañas Verdes, Boquete, on the slopes of Volcán Barú at 1600 m. After pulping, the coffee ferments about 42 hours in sealed GrainPro bags submerged in running spring water, then is washed and dried on raised beds for about 15 days. The cup opens with jasmine and orange blossom, clean apple and peach sweetness, orange, mandarin and bergamot freshness, closing with green grape, citronella and cane sugar. Medium body, juicy mouthfeel, clean finish.
