Natural Sidra Qu-07
Summary
Colombian coffee from the Quebraditas farm in Huila, produced by Edinson Argote. Sidra variety grown at 1700 masl, processed as a natural with rehydrated yeast inoculation: 72 hours of cherry oxidation in food-grade drums, rehydration with hot water, then 120 hours of fermentation below 25°C with specific yeast, followed by 96 hours of drying and stabilisation in GrainPro bags. Cup profile of cherry, blackberry and lavender — funky and far from ordinary.
