Summary

Single-origin Colombian coffee from the Quebraditas farm in Huila, produced by Edinson Argote at 1700 masl. The Java variety is processed as a yeast macerated natural: cherries are floated, oxidised in food-grade drums for 72 hours, re-hydrated, then fermented for 120 hours below 25°C with specific yeast before drying and stabilisation. Floral and intense cup profile of rose, pomegranate and violet. Suited to all brew methods.
