Summary

Cold brew coffee from Colombia produced by micro-farmers in the Gedeb, Worka region at 1950–2150 meters above sea level. The beans are processed using natural method with anaerobic co-fermentation involving strawberries, yeast, and mucilage for 5 days, then mechanically dried. Varieties include Caturra and Colombia. Flavour profile features egg liqueur, chocolate, red apple, strawberry, milk chocolate, and malic acid. Packaged as 2 x 50g cold brew bags for easy preparation: steep one 50g bag in 500ml cold water for 14 hours in the refrigerator.
