Summary
A natural Costa Rican coffee from Hacienda La Luisa, a 224-hectare estate run by Mario Barquero in Sarchí, Alajuela Province. The farm is also a biodiversity refuge with green corridors, 96 hectares of protected forest and water sources. Tasting notes of wine gums and strawberry with a rich pineapple acidity. Best brewed as V60, Clever Dripper or Kalita, and also works well as espresso.
