Summary

Red Brick is a seasonal espresso blend combining 50% Guatemala Chacayá (washed) and 50% Costa Rica Puente Tarrazú (white honey). The Guatemalan component is produced by Chacayá Producer Group and includes Catuaí, Bourbon and Caturra varieties; the Costa Rican component from Puente Tarrazú Micromil includes Catuaí and Caturra. Expect notes of caramel, cherry, milk chocolate, dried fruit, red apple, and a hint of violet florality.
