Summary
Red Brick is a seasonal espresso blend combining two components: El Meridiano from Tolima, Colombia (washed process, 58 smallholders growing Caturra, Colombia and Typica varieties) and the Sul de Minas Cluster from Minas Gerais, Brazil (natural process, from Fazenda Rosa Branca and Fazenda Recanto, growing Bourbon, Catuaí, Catucaí and Mundo Novo varieties). The Colombian component contributes jammy sweet berry flavours and dark chocolate notes, while the Brazilian component offers rich texture, milk chocolate base with notes of cherry and almond. Roasted to a medium level for balance and extraction, the profile features forest fruits, cherry, almond and fudge.
