Summary

A half-caff blend combining 50% Decaf EA El Pato from Peru (Cajamarca) and 50% Nafuna from Uganda (Sironko district). The Peruvian component is a washed lot from smallholders featuring Catuaí, Pache, and Catimor varieties. The Ugandan component is a washed lot from The Coffee Gardens washing station, fermented with additional coffee cherry pulp, featuring SL-14, SL-28, and Nyasaland varieties. Flavour notes include forest fruits, chocolate, jammy sweetness, berry fruits, and milk chocolate. Roasted light and intended for filter brewing.
