012 Rudder Blend Medium
Summary
A medium roast blend from PHILOCOFFEA, designed for daily enjoyment. It combines coffees from Ethiopia (Shantawane, natural processed, Heirloom variety), Colombia (Finca Villa Fátima, fully washed, Bourbon), and Guatemala (Peña Roja, fully washed, Caturra and Bourbon). The cup offers a balance of sweetness and acidity, with fruity brightness and sugar-like sweetness that evolves as it cools. Roasted medium, suitable for both filter and espresso brewing.
