Choc Ice (washed)
Summary
Choc Ice is a blend of 50% Las Brisas from Jalapa, Guatemala, and 50% Altamira de Chirripó from Costa Rica. Las Brisas is produced by smallholder farmers with Beneficio La Concepción, using a washed process, and includes Catuaí and Pache varieties. Altamira de Chirripó comes from MICEPA Micromill, produced by the Ureña, Bourbon, and Araya families, using a white honey process with Catuaí variety. Roasted medium, it offers chocolate, caramel, and a sweet, creamy hazelnut base, designed for espresso and cold brew.
