Summary
Columbia Supremo coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, produced by small Rainforest Alliance certified farms with approximately 2 hectares of land. The Supremo grade beans (size 17-18, the largest grade) are processed using traditional methods. The coffee benefits from the mineral-rich volcanic soils and microclimate of the Huila region near the Nevado del Huila volcano. Flavour profile features chocolate, roasted nutty, tobacco and spicy aromas complemented by restrained fruity notes including blueberry, nougat and caramel. Medium roast with balanced acidity and medium body.
