Cascara from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica, grown at 1200-1700 meters. After selective hand picking, the coffee cherries are washed with fresh water, sun-dried, and hulled to obtain the cascara (dried coffee cherry skins). Brewed like tea, it offers flavours of sweet hibiscus, blueberry, and honey. Rich in antioxidants, vitamins B2 and E.
