Summary
A Colombian Supremo-grade coffee from the Cadefihuila cooperative in Huila, sourced from smallholder farmers in the Pitalito area. It undergoes a traditional washed process with a 36-hour fermentation in bags, followed by a second 36-hour fermentation in mucilage enriched with panela (raw cane sugar), then double washing, a heat shock at 60°C, and mechanical drying. Flavour profile includes red berries, raisins, caramel, and chocolate, with a creamy body and low acidity. Roasted light.
