VRN - 80/20 is a medium-strong espresso blend of coffees from Brazil (50%), Colombia (30%) and India (20%). The beans come from Cerrado Mineiro/Minas Gerais, La Union/La Florida and Karnataka, grown at altitudes of 750–2,100 masl. Producers include Sancoffee cooperative and Jesús David Vallejo. Varieties: Catuai, Castillo and Caturra. Processed as natural and washed. Flavour profile: chocolate, caramel and roasted almonds with a round, balanced body. Suitable for espresso machines, fully automatic machines and moka pot.
