Mxp - 60/40
Summary
MXP – 60/40 is an espresso blend named after Milan-Malpensa airport, roasted in a classic northern Italian style. It combines 60% Brazilian Yellow Bourbon peaberry (natural processed, Fazenda Sertão) with 40% Indian washed coffees: SLN274 and India Parchment Robusta, from Badra Estates and a smallholder cooperative. The result is a full-bodied espresso with sweet spice, rich crema, a long finish, and aromas of peanut butter and clove pepper.
