A washed processed coffee from the Huila region of Colombia, grown on the La Reserva farm by producer Marlon Rojas Pérez at 1,700 meters above sea level. The Bourbon Papayo variety undergoes a two-stage fermentation process with passion fruit musts, resulting in vibrant notes of passion fruit, mango, and eucalyptus.
