Bella Alejandria
Summary
Single-origin Gesha from Finca Bella Alejandria in Huila, Colombia, produced by Wilder Lazo. The lot undergoes a double fermentation: 140 hours in sealed bags with mucilage, followed by 2 days in plastic tanks, then 18 days of sun drying. This anaerobic washed process yields floral and citric notes of lemongrass, green tea and sweet mandarin. Recommended for filter brewing. The coffee formed part of Sango's Brewers Cup blend, which placed 2nd in the Netherlands.
