A washed Pink Bourbon coffee from Finca Tres Esquinas, owned by Albeirson Prada Devia in Tolima, Colombia. Grown at 1780m, this lot features a 48-hour anaerobic fermentation followed by a second anaerobic fermentation after depulping, then washed and slow-dried. Expect flavours of lime, jasmine, and white peach. Roasted as an omni roast suitable for both filter and espresso.
