Sample Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster from Sydney, Australia, roasting since 2011. They're small by design and independent, focusing on rotating single origins and honest, traceable sourcing. Their lineup changes regularly—think Kenya, El Salvador, and espresso blends like Sweet Tooth and Pacemaker. They roast for both filter and espresso, and they're big on making good coffee easy at home. The team runs cafes in Surry Hills and St Peters, with a new roastery space coming to Marrickville. Their vibe is relaxed, friendly, and a little cheeky—they're not chasing trends, just delicious coffee and good times.
