A specialty coffee from Colombia's Cauca region, produced at Granja Paraiso 92 farm by Wilton Benitez. This Geisha variety is grown at 1,960m altitude and undergoes a Fermentation Washed process involving overripe cherry harvest, 12-hour fermentation, depulping with liquid pulp extract, and 48-hour liquid fermentation, then dried in a dehumidifier. Flavour notes include citrus, grapes, and chocolate, with additional notes of dark chocolate, bergamot, lychee, musk, and tarragon. The roast is medium light.
