Summary

A washed coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, produced by the Siko Washing Station. Around 500 smallholder farmers contributed to this lot, with farms of 0.5 to 2 hectares. The coffee is wet fermented for 1-3 days, washed, and dried in thin layers. Flavour notes include dried mango, oolong tea, and tinned peaches.
