Entre Ríos
Summary
Entre Ríos is a washed coffee from Aquiares Estate in Costa Rica's Turrialba region, grown at 1200 masl on the slopes of Turrialba Volcano. The estate is led by Diego Robelo and is known for its sustainability practices. This blend of Marsellesa and Red Obatá varietals is mechanically pulped, briefly fermented, and dried in a Guardiola dryer for about 32 hours, resulting in a rounded body, chocolate sweetness, and a clean finish. Flavour notes include green apple, walnut whip, and shortbread.
