The coffee is a Tekisic Bourbon variety, cold washed processed, grown at 1750 metres altitude. Flavour profile features bubble gum, blueberry, marshmallow, watermelon, black grape, red apple, strawberry, berry pie, chocolate, tea rose, hibiscus and fruity soft caramels with medium-high sweetness and body, creamy syrupy texture, and long sweet aftertaste.
