Röststätte Berlin is a specialty coffee roaster based in Berlin, Germany, sourcing and hand-roasting 100% Arabica single origins and signature blends. They operate two cafés in the city — one at Ackerstraße housing their roastery and a coffee gear showroom, another in the Hackesche Höfe serving espresso, filter, and even coffee cocktails. Their roasting philosophy centres on highlighting each origin's character: slow, gentle roasts on a CO₂-saving Loring machine to preserve sweetness and body while avoiding bitter harshness. They pay farmers well above Fair Trade minimums and prioritise transparency, sharing origin info on every bag. Seasonal microlots, flexible subscription plans, and a solid lineup of espresso blends and filter coffees keep things interesting for home brewers.
