Ayla Bombe is a filter coffee from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. The coffee is processed at the Ayla Washing Station (part of Testi Coffee) where around 700 smallholder farmers deliver hand-picked cherries grown at altitudes of 1,950–2,150 m. The coffee is made from JARC varieties 74110 and 74158, processed using the natural method. It scored 89 points on the SCA Cupping Score and offers tasting notes of blueberry, Darjeeling tea, and red currant with subtle floral hints.
