Summary

This coffee comes from China Alta, an emerging coffee-growing region in the Central Andes of Tolima, Colombia, near Los Nevados Natural Park. Grown between 1,600–2,000 metres above sea level, the lot is produced by a group of smallholder farmers cultivating traditional varieties, predominantly Colombia and Caturra. The coffee is washed-processed and offers notes of plum, nougat and almond.
