Summary
Half Caff Brasilien is a 50% decaffeinated blend from Brazil, combining 50% coffee from Fazenda Santa Cruz with 50% Brazilian CO2 decaffeinated coffee. The flavour profile is nutty, malty and mild with notes of caramel and very subtle acidity. Designed as an omniroast suitable for both filter coffee and espresso, it pairs especially well with milk for a caramel-like sweetness.
