A single origin washed coffee from the Gogogu washing station in Guji, Ethiopia. Over 700 smallholder farmers deliver cherries from farms averaging 2 hectares. Grown at 1,800-1,950 meters altitude. The cup profile features floral and Earl Grey tea aromatics, with notes of citrus, peach, lemongrass, and stone fruit, balanced by a mild citrus acidity, silky body, and a long sweet fruity finish.
