Summary
A single-origin coffee from Colombia's Huila region, produced by the Santa Maria Community of the La Victoria association. Grown at 1700-2200 meters above sea level on the slopes of the Huila volcano. Varieties include Caturra, Typica, and Bourbon. Processed using the Fully Washed method with a 24-hour fermentation followed by an additional 36-72 hour fermentation. Flavour profile features apple, lime, and red currant.
