Almost African (washed)
Summary
A seasonal filter blend combining a washed Kenyan coffee from Thirikwa Farmers Cooperative in Kirinyaga (SL28, SL34 varieties) with a CO-fermented Colombian Bourbon Rosado from Finca Río Negro in Huila. The Kenyan component provides bright, juicy acidity and structure, while the Colombian co-ferment (anaerobic fermentation with orange and passion fruit purée) adds intense notes of passion fruit, orange peel, and sweet tropical character. Flavour profile: passion fruit, grapefruit, berries. Grown at approximately 1650m above sea level.
