The coffee is grown at altitudes between 1,980 and 2,250 meters in the Huye district. Varieties include Castillo and Caturra. The beans are processed using the natural method at Simbi Washing Station, which sources from nearly 1,500 micro-farms in the area. Flavour profile features strawberries, mango, and milk chocolate. Recommended for filter brewing methods such as V60, Aeropress, or home dripper, with a minimum two-week rest after roasting.
