Peru Neyra Family is a washed coffee from the Cajamarca, San Ignacio region of Peru, produced by Gloria and Ines Neyra on their farm at approximately 1,800 meters above sea level. The coffee is of the Caturra variety and processed using the washed method. It offers a flavour profile of strawberries, mango, and milk chocolate. The coffee is roasted with a filter profile and is suitable for V60, Aeropress, or home dripper brewing. The Neyra family are first-generation specialty coffee producers and members of the COOPAFSI cooperative. The coffee is organically grown and has a clean, sweet, well-balanced profile with notes of milk chocolate, caramel, and red apple.
