Summary

Ruby Nectar is a light-roasted washed coffee from Finca El Jardin in Planadas, Tolima, Colombia, produced by Jorge Elias Rojas Vasquez. It is made with the Chiroso variety, an heirloom Ethiopian-descended variety known for its spicy cardamom-like qualities, tropical fruit flavors, and floral notes. The coffee underwent a 36-hour cherry fermentation, then pulped and fermented for 24 hours in mucilage before being fully washed and dried on raised beds.
