Single-origin coffee from El Vergel Estate, Colombia, grown at 1750m. Varieties: Castillo and Caturra. Processed with honey method and strawberry co-fermentation: hand-sorted cherries undergo 24-hour pre-fermentation, 24-hour fermentation in cherry, depulped, then anaerobically co-fermented for 5 days with yeast and strawberry flavors, dried mechanically for 10 days and stabilized in GrainPro. Light roast with tasting notes of strawberry, red fruit, lemonade, and milk chocolate.
