Summary
A light roast coffee from Colombia, sourced from Huila, Tolima, and Caldas regions. Varieties include Castillo and Caturra. Grown at 1750m. Processed using a honey process with grape co-fermentation: hand-sorted ripe cherries, 24-hour pre-fermentation, 24-hour fermentation in cherry, anaerobic co-fermentation for 5 days with yeast and grape flavors, then mechanically dried for 10 days and stabilized in GrainPro bags. Tasting notes of grape, red grape, caramel, and grape soda.
