FLOW STATE Espresso is a single-origin coffee from Bishan Guracha Station in Worka, West Arsi Zone, Oromia, Ethiopia. Sourced from around 250 local farmers at 2,100 meters above sea level, the coffee is processed using the traditional washed method with 72-hour fermentation and sun drying on raised beds for 12-15 days. The coffee consists of heirloom Ethiopian varieties and is roasted specifically for espresso.
