Pharmacie Coffee Roasters is a specialty coffee roaster and espresso bar based in Lewes, East Sussex, sourcing and roasting ethically grown single origin coffees from around the world. They offer each lot in both filter and espresso roast, with a rotating lineup that runs from Rwandan Gasharu to Peruvian Gesha, plus their signature espresso blend called The Cure. Their own espresso bar is open seven days a week, occasionally hosting brunch takeovers with local chefs. Coffee subscriptions keep things fresh—you'll rarely get the same bag twice (unless it's The Cure). Warm, community-driven, and serious about the bean, Pharmacie does quality without the pretence.
