A multi-origin espresso blend from North Star Coffee Roasters, combining coffees from Colombia (La Colmena, washed), Brazil (Montanari, natural), and Rwanda (Cyato, natural). Features varieties including Gesha, Pink Bourbon, Caturra, Yellow Catuai, Red Bourbon and others. Grown at altitudes from 950 to 2200 masl. Flavour profile includes red berries, dark chocolate, malted milk biscuits, red apple, citrus and grapefruit. Designed for espresso but versatile across brewing methods. Produced in partnership with Monkaaba Project, Marcelo Montanari, and Abadatezuka Cooperative.
