Winter Inferno Limited Blend is a seasonal omni-roast blend of three coffees: 50% Guatemala Santa Rosa Ayarza (washed, Caturra, Catuai and Bourbon from smallholder farmers at 1800 MASL), 45% Rwanda Kanya (natural Red Bourbon from smallholder farmers, processed at Kanya Washing Station at 1550 MASL), and 5% Colombia Jairo Arcila Castillo co-ferment (red fruit, cinnamon and passionfruit, grown at Finca Santa Monica at 1600 MASL). The cup offers stewed apple, spiced orange, berry compote and brown sugar.
