Brazil, Danilo Barbosa - Single Origin Espresso
Summary
Single origin coffee from Sucuri Farm in Brazil's Cerrado Mineiro region, produced by Danilo Barbosa and the D'Barbosa family. Made entirely from the Topazio variety, grown at 1250 MASL and processed as an Aerobic Natural, where ripe cherries are stacked in deep piles and turned during fermentation before drying on raised beds. The cup opens with dark chocolate and ripe plum, with blueberry adding a brighter, lightly tart edge through the mid-palate and raisin bringing concentrated sweetness to the finish. Versatile across espresso, milk and filter.
