Summary

A honey-processed Villa Sarchi coffee from the Arbar micromill in Costa Rica's West Valley, grown at 1,600 metres above sea level by Carlos Arrieta and family. The cup is bright and clean with zingy lemon and white sugar softening into sweet cantaloupe melon on the finish, with hints of orange and white grape as it cools. Arbar was one of the first farms visited by Ozone's green buyer and remains central to their sourcing relationships.
