This single origin coffee from Pedro Flores' farm Villa Rosario in Caranavi, Bolivia, is processed using the Mosto Washed method. The Caturra and Catuai varieties are fermented in the must of their own cherries, resulting in a sweet and elegant cup with notes of white grape, white sugar, and lime. Grown at 1,500 meters above sea level, this coffee is part of the Sol De La Mañana program, supporting small producers. Roasted medium dark to enhance its natural sweetness.
