Grown at 1,500 metres above sea level, this lot is Yellow Caturra processed using a dry fermented washed method. The cup is crisp and bright with lime cordial, raspberry, and milk chocolate notes, offering a smooth, creamy finish. Roasted to a medium-dark level to enhance sweetness and body.
